Covid-19 … It all starts with this pandemic. In October 2020, we decided to find a way to clear our heads, getting out of our home office. Since everything was complicated, with stores, restaurants and bar….why not take a cours to learn how to create our own beers?
It takes only this course to convince us. Couple of weeks later, the basement was transformed into a craft brewery!
Beer after beer, we learn, we taste, we change method, and we watch videos… lots of videos!
